Hi there, I'm Joan, over the years I have supported people from all walks of life to feel safer in their bodies  - moving with ease, purpose and renewed confidence. With a foundation in Sports Science and professional certification in Pilates and CrossFit, my approach blends knowledge with deep care for the individual.

Joan Mumbi

A guided full-body Pilates workout focused on core strength, mobility, posture, and controlled movement — designed to help you move better and feel stronger.

Group Mat Pilates

Based on the assessment report and individual goals, we onboard the clients to 1-on-1  session incorporating our various apparatus reformer, cadillac, wunda chair or the spine corrector. This is best for post-injury clients, chronic pain eliavation, beginners needing guided support or prenatal and postnatal mums needing monitored care.

Private Pilates

A progressive structured class involving functional movement, the goal is to build capacity for life outside the gym. Come with great energy and high fives for the crew
